With simple but powerful techniques in mindfulness and breathwork, you’ll discover ways to stay calm, even in life’s busiest seasons. Learn how small moments of presence can become a steady anchor in your daily life.
3. Visual Self-Reflection with Art Therapy
Using Interpersonal Drawing Therapy (IDT), we’ll take time to explore deeper aspects of your life in ways that are powerful, personal and illuminating. These exercises will help you see your journey and the resilience you hold inside. Please not: no art experience necessary for this.
4. Gentle Breaks to Reflect and Reconnect
Restore gives you the time you need to “retreat” from life’s noise. Whether you prefer to sit quietly, take a mindful walk, or journal, you’ll have the freedom to reflect and rest throughout the day, so you leave feeling centred and restored.

The Reset Retreat offers a transformative 3-hour one-on-one support session with a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. This unique opportunity allows you to slow down, step back from life, and take time to reset. A program will be tailored specifically for you, helping you to explore and equip yourself with the tools needed to live a more balanced life, even amidst your challenges.

Enhance Your Results with Follow-Up Retreats
To maximise your outcomes and receive ongoing support, it is recommend to book follow-up retreats 3 and 6 months after your initial retreat. This continued engagement and support ensures sustained progress and reinforces the skills and strategies you’ve learned.
Requirements
Payment is to be made prior to the retreat and, although not a requirement, it is recommended that you have a one-hour session prior to the retreat to discuss your needs and priorities. This therapy session is invoiced separately to the retreat.
